First I performed a visual inspection of all accessible and exposed interior and exterior areas and no visible signs of termite activity were observed at this time. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported mice as your main concern and as a secondary concern. We spoke about the termite history of the home. It has had treatment in the past, but does not have activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I treated the home for mice by placing rodent stations throughout the basement, in the main kitchen, the Inlaw suite kitchen, and the Inlaw suite linen closets. I placed a large station on the exterior by the air conditioner on the left side. These will help control rodent activity. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs. I treated the exterior with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, and general insect control. I used an granular in the ivy around the home to help control the ants. Good morning sorry we missed you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. You reported wasps on the front right soffit close to neighbors home, and ants around the foundation. I removed any wasp nests. The areas were treated. I inspected the exterior for termite activity. No signs of termites were found. It is a newer structure with no termite history. I inspected for possible entry points and conducive conditions No entry points were found at this time. Some shrubs and grass are up against the home and should be trimmed away from the foundation or siding. Trimming the vegetation away from the foundation and siding can help reduce pests getting into the home as they can easily use the vegetation as a bridge to get over treated areas and into the home at in higher areas. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. A liquid residual was used to treat area the exterior foundation, window, windows and doors. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the hom
Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with your tenant today. I completed your premium pest control initial service. Tenant reports mice coming from 1 hole in the kitchen behind the cabinets that is unreachable. I inspected and found the hole that he was concerned about. I was able to fill the hole with some copper mesh but this is temporary and the mice will eventually use their problem solving instincts to move it and get back into the home. The utility line behind the stove and the hole he was concerned about, needs to be overfilled with expanding foam to stop the mice from coming in. However the cabinet in the corner needs to be moved out by a professional first before anyone can get to it. I inspected the exterior and again the utility lines that come into the building had putty but it was very soft and the hole behind the putty is large. First I performed a visual inspection of the bathroom and sealed up the hole under the sink and applied a liquid treatment to the bathrooms, kitchen and living room for ants and general pests. I also did a visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves and noticed something chew through your foundation so I placed 2 bait stations around your exterior. You should either remove and place the bird feeder a little bit further from the house or stop putting bird feeder into it until the problem is resolved. I placed down four termination monitors on the four corners of your house. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all ants and general pests, I also spot treated the ant mounds.
