I called for a consultation on Friday and Green Pest Solutions was able to send a technician out the following week. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your pest control initial service. You reported that you were having possible flea issues inside the home, but not really seeing them. I treated throughout the interior with a liquid residual to kill and control, flea and general insect activity. I inspected the exterior for any possible entry points. I did not find any at this time. I dusted the exterior for visible cobwebs during my exterior inspection. I found a yellow jackets nest on the master bedroom window frame. They were going underneath the siding and our nesting there. I treated it with a liquid residual. It may take 5 to 7 days for the activity to stop. I treated the exterior of the home around the foundation, windows and doors for ant and general insect control. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Good afternoon, Today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your property. After my inspection I noticed [yellowjackets activity]. when I arrived, you said you had bees in your living room while I went inside and inspected it I noticed a large amount of yellow jackets breached into your home. They were covering the windows throughout the living room and a large size hole was in the corner of the living room with yellow jackets coming out from it. I sealed the entry point and treated the hole with a aerosol to help eliminate yellow jackets. I also went around to the windows and treated where the yellow jackets were gathering. Afterwards I treated the exterior with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property. I also treated the entry point where the yellow jackets were entering the home on the back of the property up by the window of the second floor with a liquid treatment.
