We were told that someone would be at our house between 9:30-11am. Dan showed up right at 9:30am, which never happens when you are given a time frame! He was prompt, pleasant, friendly and efficient. As soon as he came in, he put shoe slippers on and was shown where the ants were. He immediately knew they were coming from the basement and found the source and location within minutes. I was so impressed! Thank you Dan for your excellent service!
