Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. No interior issues at this time. Carpenter bee activity heavy on front side of home at time of service. Applied a liquid application to eaves around home, as well as around windows to help control carpenter bee and wasp activity. Removed visible spider webs, as well as an old paper wasp nest around front door overhang. Liquid application was also applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected the exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in the station as needed. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect. Today I was here for your quarterly complete pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. All Sentricon termite bait stations were inspected. No signs of termites was found. One station on side of home, needed to be replaced for the lid was damaged, it was with a new station. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control.
