Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival the tenant, Ida, showed me areas of concern which was next to oven and in bedroom. During my inspection, I found some droppings underneath kitchen sink. Please seal up entry points inside of unit. Baseboard heater lines, underneath sinks, and gas/water lines are high issue areas. I noticed the baseboard heater and beneath sinks had access points. There’s also a void area behind cabinets that mice can travel behind. Tenant said she saw them escape through that area. I installed 1 interior bait station to bottom left of oven, in front of cabinet void, 1 to baseboard heater behind bed, and 1 in closet to the bottom right. I started exterior treatment by removing visible cobwebs. I also treated exterior front of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Hello! Today I completed your one time service for ants and silver fish. I spoke with Lisa and she mentioned seeing ants in the kitchen. I applied an ant gel to lip of kitchen sink and bottom right of window trim, behind kitchen sink. Ants will start to come in to get the ant bait to bring back to the colony. Ants should dissipate after a day or two. I treated basement with a liquid residual for general pests. I also treated exterior perimeter of home and around windows and door frames for general pests. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today I completed your premium pest control initial service. You reported sometimes you get ants, but the pill bugs are all over all the time. I treated throughout the first floor with a liquid residual at baseboard level. There was no activity today. You may see an increase in activity before decreases. I placed two glue traps, one behind the toilet and one in the far corner from the sliding door. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points.
