First I performed a visual inspection of the upstairs unit then I began to apply a liquid treatment to the baseboards of upstairs, basement, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. I also applied a liquid treatment to the garage for spiders. Then I did another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your kitchen, basement, crawlspace and exterior, evidence of carpenter ants were only found around kitchen window. An ant gel bait was applied around window frame in cracks n corners where ant frass (ant dirt) was falling out of frame. Ant gel baited arenas were left on kitchen countertop as well. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home and shed in rear, for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs and paper wasp nests in shed and on the exteriors. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits for activity. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in activity. And contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
