Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the front door but no one answered. I’m sorry I missed you I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. The rodent bait station had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I fully replenished all bait in the station. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke to the tenant on the first floor. He mentioned rats in the yard. I did add an additional station to the fence line and also replenished the existing bait station in the yard. There was no bait left. I also removed all visible webbing from the property and a small loss hive from the front. I applied a liquid treatment for the entire exterior foundation to help control ants and all other seasonal insects. Additionally, I expected to replenish all interior rodent bait stations.
