On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Inspected termite monitors and no activity at this time. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (light feeding). Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. On today’s visit, I treated areas under deck, on exterior foundation, with a liquid application against yellow jackets. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized. On todays visit, I added 2 mouse bait stations to first floor and basement (1 behind stove and 1 on sil plate in basement. I replenished the bait on second floor apartment in kitchen. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished exterior rodent bait station, which had heavy feeding. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. There are multiple intrusion points around the house. First floor kitchen behind stove is open to mice to travel, basement has unsealed areas, exterior wall with vegetation next to it, holes in concrete on that side with the vegetation, etc. If these areas are not sealed, the mice will continue to enter and exit the house. It is very important to re-concrete the side of the house with vegetation and I recommend either trimming vegetation back 1 foot or getting rid of the vegetation completely and adding a gravel bed around the exter
Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered today. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report at this time. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment around the exterior foundation as well as around the garage as well to help control seasonal pests.
