On today’s visit, I inspected and treated the exterior of house. I began by inspecting for any issues. I would make sure to continue keeping vegetation trimmed at least 12 inches from the foundation and I also recommend a power wash and deweeding in front of house to reduce conducive conditions for insects. I applied a liquid application to exterior foundation and replenished exterior rodent bait station on right side of house. If you have any issues between now and next visit, please let us know. On today’s visit, I began by dewebbing the cob webs around the exterior; on railings, windows and doors of structure. On today’s visit, I began by inspecting the interior kitchen for mouse activity. Out of all the stations in the kitchen, none had feeding. I then replenished the rodent bait on exterior of house. The station on the left side of house had feeding; and the station on the right side of the house did not. I applied a liquid application against seasonal insects and also inspected termite monitors. Good morning, today I completed a premium monitors. I rang the doorbell upon arrival, but unfortunately, no one was home. I did treat an inspect the exterior. No visible issues to report Next, I removed all visible webbing from the exterior perimeter and added fresh bait to your exterior bait station. There was heavy feeding on that station. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. On today’s visit, I inspected basement, kitchen and kitchen bathroom for mice. I placed 2 mouse stations in basement, 1 behind stove in kitchen and 1 behind toilet in kitchen bathroom. I then added 2 exterior rodent bait stations to outside of backyard fence so dogs won’t be around them. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I am unable to install termite monitors and apply a liquid application; however, we will be back to perform this when the weather permits. On todays visit, I treated apartment one on right with a liquid application for roaches and set 2 mouse bait stations. Apartment 2 on left had plugged up the holes where they saw rats. I headed to basement and set 2 rodent bait stations that the rats will eat and die from. I set 2 rodent bait stations in basement and 1 in closet of second floor left side apartment. The second floor left side apartment had a lot of droppings and chewing on his kitchen sink doors. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. I inspected for termites and no activity at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors around d the house to monitor activity. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized.
