Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control. Initial service. Roaches were reported in the kitchen. I treated throughout the whole kitchen residual before roach activity. I treated in all of the cabinets at the baseboards, as well as cracks and crevices with the liquid. I did not see any activity during the treatment today. I used a roach gel bait in all of the cabinets and along the chair rail on the wall by the stove. I will schedule a follow up to treat the exterior and complete the rest of the inspection and inspection checklist as it was raining today. You may see an increase in activity before it decreases.
