I placed small rodent stations in the basement on the foundation sill and 1 on the floor in the front of the home under some cardboard boxes. As I was putting one under the stove there was a mouse on a glue trap. I removed the trap and placed the rodent station. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found. I placed a large bait station by the ac unit on the exterior. I treated the foundation around the home for ants, spiders and general insects. I saw some carpenter ants and used insect bait granulars in the ivy where the ants were to aid in controlling them.
