Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. Rodent activity was reported in the building. I inspected throughout and found some rodent droppings in the attic in the office. Prayer request no poisons were used on the main floor. I place rodent stations up in the attic. I inspected the exterior for any entry points. I found to the one on the air conditioner line that goes into the building. I filled with copper mesh the other one I advised your husband of it and should be filled with expanding foam or something that will hold up to the elements. I placed two exterior rodent stations, one on the back of the building and one on the right side behind the bush. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the building to monitor for termite activity. There are no signs of prior termite mitigation, and there is no sign of termite activity at this time. I inspected the crawlspace and saw no nest. Looks as though that they were going into the cinderblock through a old termite treatment drill hole. The home has had termite treatment before, but does not have termite activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners at home. I treated the wasp nest on the driveway side and found another one on the air conditioner side of the home. Which was also treated. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect control. I sprayed it thoroughly as well as treating around the ramp and it’s cracks and crevices. First I performed a visual inspection with you then I started applying a liquid treatment to your entire interior baseboards(basement, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, office, and living room baseboards). I performed another visual inspection for entry points of mice/rats while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service.
