Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and found mice entry points by the garage, basement window, and HVAC unit. I recommend using insulation foam to seal these areas. I then placed Mice bait stations by the garage for mice prevention. No drippings were found during the inspection. I then applied a liquid residual application to the entire inside of your home for ants and other insect preventative. I also, sprayed the exterior of your home focusing on all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. I noticed there was over grown vegetation I recommend trimming back one foot. Lastly, I used copper mesh to seal these areas entry point by the HVAC unit. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. When we come back in 30 days we will make the decision if it makes sense to keep the MBS stations or if we have to add exterior stations. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started by removing visible spider webs from perimeter of home, and adding an exterior rodent bait station along backside of home to help control and monitor any potential activity. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. On interior, baseboards throughout entire home, as well as entire basement was treated with a liquid application to help control flea activity. No visible fleas noticed during today service. Rodent bait stations were also installed in basement to laundry room, and also closet, and access to wall void. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. We spoke about the larvae activity inside the home. Upon further inspection fly larvae activity is coming from the chimney due to a dead animal inside. I treated cracks and crevices inside the home were activity is stemming from. A fly bait was also applied to cracks and crevices outside near the chimney door. I strongly recommend having the carpet removed and cracks cleaned to prevent carpet beetle activity. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated exterior. I began by inspecting termite monitors and I am pleased to report no activity at this time. I then applied a liquid application to exterior foundation and replenished exterior rodent stations. The station by back door was empty while the station on left side of house had heavy feeding. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I placed MBSs in garage, kitchen, basement and bedroom/office. There were one or two droppings each in these areas so we will set the boxes to see if there is activity or not. After this, I placed 2 exterior rodent stations on the exterior; 1 for right side and 1 for left side. This will help to control the rodent population on the outside. I then placed 3 termite monitors around the house; leaving one out due to work that will be done in the area where I’d put it. Will install on next visit. On todays visit, todays target pests were springtails and silverfish. I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I began by treating interior baseboards of basement, first and second floor, along with windows and doors with a liquid application. I applied another liquid application to the exterior foundation of house; first and second floor windows. I also set glue boards in basement and first floor to monitor activity.
