I want to give a huge shout out to Nick! He was extremely thorough and located several areas on our first floor that needed addressing. In our basement he could not find any entry points, so in the pouring rain, Nick crawled under our closed in deck and found that our dryer vent was not pushed in all the way! He really took the time to explain our options and answer all my questions. I have like kids. I genuinely feel our first floor is safer after Nick’s visit today. Thank you!
