Tim came out today for our usual home service and he was prompt, very nice and genuinely concerned about any issues we were having with the spring insects coming back out. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Per your concern for fleas throughout the home, a liquid residual treatment was applied on all carpeted areas and through every room on the baseboards. An aerosol product was applied around the base of & under beds and under dressers. Please keep pets out of home 2-3 hours to allow treatments to dry. Please continue to clean, vacuum as much as possible and treat your pets. You should see a decrease in activity in 10-14 days. Also I applied another liquid residual treatment around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. As advised, you have carpenter bees nesting up in the eaves on the side of garage, we will treat for the bees on future visits. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concern
Today I completed your premium pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Outside rodent bait station was inspected and replenished there was very minimal activity. All inside mice stations were checked and no activity found at all. I advised the customer that sanitation is key to eliminating mice, do not leave any food out, or anything that a mouse can feed onto. I took a different approach for preventative purposes, I placed glue traps in the kitchen area and in the upstairs bathroom. Please set up a two week follow up if any activity is noticed. I Inspected the home and did not see any termite activity. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I placed small rodent stations in the attic, both crawlspaces, both unfinished basements, and the garage. I placed some glue traps in the garage, basements and crawlspaces to monitor any activity. I treated all 3 areas with a liquid residual to kill and control spiders and general insects. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. The only ones found were the uncovered vents that need pest deflectors. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of general insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. This includes around all entry doors, foundation, cracks n crevices around the exterior perimeter. The termite monitors were inspected, no signs of termites was found. Good morning today I completed your premium pest control Initial service. Your main concern was fleas. You reported fleas mostly in the basement. I started by dusting the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of general insects. I treated the whole interior, including the basement. Using a liquid residual at the baseboards throughout the home where I could, as well as underneath furniture, across the whole basement that has an insect growth regulator that will stop growth and reproduction of the fleas. Vacuum at least once a day for the next 2 weeks. using the flat attachment to get along baseboard to get excess hair where fleas harbor. The vibration from the vacuum will help expedite the treatment. People and pets must remain out of the house for 4 hours following treatment to allow for dry time Failing to do this may prolong flea activit
