I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. I inspected the interior rodent stations. There was absolutely no activity in the home. They were all droppings behind the stove, in the garage and attic. Nothing current. I maintain the exterior rodent station. It also had no activity. I replaced the bait in the exterior station. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed a one time service for ants and bees. You reported ants in a few spots in the home around the home pool and hot tub. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual as well as treating around the pool and hot tub. I used some ant gel bait on the pole on the back patioI I treated a few areas for carpenter bees. I treated a few areas inside the home like the kitchen foyer and a spot in a back living area. I placed two ant traps with gel bait in them in the kitchen and front room. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. Today I completed your Sentricon termite installment and inspection. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your basement, under your kitchen cabinets (where you saw the swarm on the kitchen floor), master bedroom, and on the exterior, no signs of termites was found. As advised, with your basement being finished, it may be hiding some activity. I did install 18 Sentricon HD stations around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected at a later date. As advised, you may still see a termite swarm for this is a natural occurrence of the termite colony and it may take 30-90 days for our application to take affect. Hello. Today we completed your Termite Annual Protection Plan inspection. I inspected the home and trees around the home. The tree that you were concerned about, had carpenter ants in it as the sawdust was at the bottom of the tree. Per your request I treated it. I did find turn my activity on a tree on the left-hand side of the home that has no bark on it. I will advise the office of this and they will send a termite technician. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and only the crawlspace and garage had heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I placed three snap traps throughout the crawlspace to help monitor and eliminate any rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a couple of paper wasp nest were noticed during today's service but I removed them and treated in areas as needed. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected both exterior RBS and there was medium to heavy rodent activity in both stations, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed.
