Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the areas of concern interior and exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting ants and other general pests. I inspected and replenished the exterior rodent control device which had moderate activity. Upon treating exterior I noticed there’s black widow spiders near the garage and was treated today. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection, you appear to be getting ants and earwigs coming in through rear basement door. That threshold looks to be decaying and that moisture may be attracting pests to that area. I did treat the basement with a liquid residual application. And applied an ant gel to around that rear door and front porch where ants are trailing. I left ant gel baited arenas on the window sills to be moved wherever ants are being seen. Glue boards were also left to monitor any activity. Also a liquid residual application was applied around the exterior of the home for seasonal insects. And a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits for activity. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see a decrease in any activity. And try to refrain from spraying any store boug

Today I was here for your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of your house, I did find a little evidence of mice in attic, under stove and in garage. Mouse baited stations were placed in both attic spaces, under kitchen sink, utility room, behind couch in family room, and 2 in garage. 2 larger stations were placed on each exterior side of home. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. A copper mesh was used to stuff possible entry points in utility room and behind AC unit. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home from top to bottom along the baseboards per your request as a preventative for all general pest. Then I applied ant gel bait in all areas interior where ants were noticed to help eliminate them. Next I placed 4 MBS interior throughout the garage and 1 exterior RBS to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of ants were noticed around the exterior of the property during today's service but I applied ant gel bait in all areas.
