The one out front had minimal activity the one on the rear head between minimal and moderate. I refilled them with bait. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. I checked and refilled the exterior bait stations due to moderate feeding activity. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 7 MBS interior throughout the kitchen, laundry room, and attic to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed 4 snap traps in the attic. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I found a possible opening around the back of the home where the AC unit line enters the property so I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your commercial pest control quarterly service. You reported all was good but still need bi-weekly until the health inspector says it’s ok. I treated throughout the interior with a liquid residual for roach control. I replaced the glue traps and used gel bait in areas that were identified as roach activity areas. I inspected the rodent stations and they all had no activity. I will schedule a 2 week follow up.
