It was a pleasure meeting you today • Inspected washer room area for carpenter ant activity; mild dead activity observed. • Inspected fascia boards; carpenter bee activity observed. • Applied a residual liquid to baseboards, cracks, and crevices in washer room to target carpenter ants. • Treated exterior foundation perimeter with residual liquid insecticide to reduce foraging and prevent reentry. • Applied granular bait labeled for carpenter ants in the yard adjacent to the home to target satellite colonies. • Treated both fascia boards with a liquid residual applied directly to affected wood surfaces to address carpenter bee activity. Today I completed your premium plus initial pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors, where will be checking on each quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, patio, shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as other seasonal insects. As requested I spot treated with a different liquid residual application both the downstairs kitchen and upstairs to help eliminate the ants. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I rang the doorbell but no one answered. I’m sorry I missed you. I started off inspecting the exterior. I noticed a bush is up against the porch on the left side of the house. I recommend trimming it back away from the house so insects and rodents can’t use the branches to enter the home. The termite monitors had no activity at this time. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
