On todays visit, I began by inspecting and treating the exterior. I began by installing 4 termite monitors around the house to monitor for activity. No activity found at this time. I then applied a liquid application along exterior foundation against ants and other crawling insects. I spoke with your son, and he told me that the problem areas for the roaches and ants was in the kitchen and bathroom. I applied roach gel bait to cabinets and counters; also applying a liquid application behind stove, fridge and on kitchen/bathroom baseboards. There was some roach activity in the drawers. I then set glue boards around the kitchen and in bathroom to monitor activity. Please leave these so that we will know on next visit, the kind of activity that we are seeing going forward. Hello, today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected both MBS interior throughout the garage and only the one station by the back door had minimal rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last I inspected all three of the exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity in the one station near the garage and the other near the shed but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior of house. Today’s issue was mice. I began by inspecting the kitchen, basement, crawl space, garage and exterior for droppings and entry points. I saw droppings behind the stove in kitchen, so I placed a mouse bait station there, also placing one under the sink. I then inspected the basement for droppings. None found along with basement living room baseboards. After this, the crawl space was inspected and no droppings were found. After inspecting the garage I found some droppings. I placed MBS in garage by door and boarded area and 1 in crawl space. This will help us to see where activity is present and it will also help to eliminate mice. After this, I applied a liquid application and installed 4 termite monitors around the house. The termite monitors will help us to see if you have any activity in these areas of the property. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. I started by treating the interior for roaches and all general insects. No evidence of roaches however I did treat the entire home. I applied a liquid residual solution to all baseboards in the home and behind all major appliances. I lined the kitchen with glue boards to help catch and monitor any insects moving through the area. I also added a gel bait to your cabinet hinges to help eliminate any roaches by feeding. Additionally, I placed a couple roach bait stations and key areas to help eliminate the roaches by feeding. On the exterior, I started by inspecting the property for entry points. I did find an entry point in your HVAC line in which I sealed up with copper mesh. This will help to tear the rodents from entering the home. I removed our visible webbing from the exterior perimeter and applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation.
