Good morning. It was nice speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this morning. I inspected the interior and exterior for any signs of termite activity and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors to help monitor termite activity. I placed two ant arenas in the kitchen for ant control. I applied a liquid residual treatment in the interior of the home for General pest control focusing on ants. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office. Someone will be out in 30 days for your first quarterly service. please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the full effect of this treatment. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays target issue is with carpenter ants. I started off inspecting the exterior. I saw an ant trail going from the tree out front to the office window. I applied a granular bait by the tree base and along the front foundation of the home. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ant activity. I then inspected for termites. I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. On the interior, I inspected the basement, I found no issues at this time. In the office I found a small opening under the window ledge that the ants could be coming in from. I applied ant gel bait in the opening and along the baseboard cracks on the office. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I installed four termite monitors on the outside of your home. This will help us monitor for any termite activity. I then inspected all the areas of concern where mice have been spotted. I placed mice bait station in the following areas (bedroom closet, basement seal plate, back room pantry closet, behind the stove, and in the detached garage). I also, placed a rodent bait station outback to help deter rodent activity. I found multiple entry points and I attached images to the account that need to be address in order to help preserve and eliminate rodents. Please clean all droppings so we can be able to tell on the follow up visit if there is recent activity. Trim all vegetation one foot back to stop any unwanted pest indoors. This will help prevent and eliminate any termite activity. I also, inspected the inside of your home and found termite swarmer wings by the back addition of your home. I spoke with your son, and he told me that the problem areas for the roaches and ants was in the kitchen and bathroom. I applied roach gel bait to cabinets and counters; also applying a liquid application behind stove, fridge and on kitchen/bathroom baseboards. There was some roach activity in the drawers. Hello, today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected both MBS interior throughout the garage and only the one station by the back door had minimal rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last I inspected all three of the exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity in the one station near the garage and the other near the shed but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior of house. Today’s issue was mice. I began by inspecting the kitchen, basement, crawl space, garage and exterior for droppings and entry points. I saw droppings behind the stove in kitchen, so I placed a mouse bait station there, also placing one under the sink. I then inspected the basement for droppings. None found along with basement living room baseboards. After this, the crawl space was inspected and no droppings were found. After inspecting the garage I found some droppings. I placed MBS in garage by door and boarded area and 1 in crawl space. This will help us to see where activity is present and it will also help to eliminate mice. After this, I applied a liquid application and installed 4 termite monitors around the house. The termite monitors will help us to see if you have any activity in these areas of the property.
