I began your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by removing exterior spider webs, applying a liquid residual around the perimeter, and installing termite monitors at each corner of the home. I treated the basement for spiders and crickets using a liquid residual and placed granular bait around the foundation where cricket activity was observed during inspection. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior of home. Rodent activity found in basement, and bait stations installed along sills and in crawlspace. Happy to report, no termite activity was found and monitors were added to corners to help monitor any potential future activity. Visible spider webs were removed, and a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Exterior rodent station was added behind hvac, and yellow jacket ground nest was treated with a liquid application. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors which we will check on every quarterly visit. I also, applied a liquid residual application around all outwork windows, doorways, detached garage, shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. All areas of convent inside were inspected and treated with mice bait stations. I placed stations in the crawlspace, kitchen (next to the dish washer), under the coffee table, and behind the living room tv. I made sure to place an outside rodent bait station to help deter the rodents from getting indoors. I highly recommend sealing up all the entry points with insulation foam also getting a new door strip for the side door that leads to the basement. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. Next of the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate all seasonal insects as they arise. I also placed 2 large rodent bait stations.
