I continued your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by first removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I knocked down all visible cobwebs on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors on the outside, we will monitor these station on each visit. A liquid residual application was applied to the exterior foundation, windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I then inspected all areas of concern in the home and spot treated the basement, bathrooms, master bedroom, garage, and laundry room. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with roaches. I started off inspecting the kitchen. Since majority of the cabinets were cleared except for a few, I treated all cabinets with a liquid treatment. I then applied gel bait in the hinges of the cabinets. I placed glue boards in the cabinets and under the cabinets on the floor to help us monitor for roaches. I placed a roach bait station on each counter as well. In the basement, I placed a glue board under the sink cabinet. I applied a liquid treatment under the cabinet. Then applied gel bait in the cracks in the back of the counter as well. All baseboards in the basement and kitchen were treated as well. On the exterior, I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. We spoke about the termite history of the home, it was unknown but has termites in a stump by garage and one by the home. You advised that you are getting the stumps ground up. No other conducive conditions other than the stumps. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I gave you four ant traps with gel bait in them for the interior. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I inspected for any activity or possible entry points. None were found at this time.
