Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior of home. Rodent activity found in basement, and bait stations installed along sills and in crawlspace. Happy to report, no termite activity was found and monitors were added to corners to help monitor any potential future activity. Visible spider webs were removed, and a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Exterior rodent station was added behind hvac, and yellow jacket ground nest was treated with a liquid application. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect.
