I did not receive service, I was not home and I did not confirm any service. We are vulnerable seniors at risk, no one has been allowed in while the quarantine is going on. I asked for notification prior so I could approve the visit, I did not approve the visit. If he did outside he was not to come, and all the rain that occurred certainly the solution has been absorbed and not effective. I have asked repeatedly to allow me to confirm the visit before coming , that was not adhered to.

Hello! Today I came out digital service for General pass. I took and sprayed a residual insecticide to all the baseboards in the basement laundry room, kitchen area bathroom exterior also took and put out four termite monitors on each corner of the exterior two bait stations in the kitchen under the counters please allow two weeks for the best results. Good afternoon, today I completed your premium pest control service. First, I checked your mouse bait stations inside the home, the ones in the kitchen,laundry room and garage, showed signs of heavy activity. I removed the old bait from those stations and place fresh bait into them so we can continue to monitor for mouse activity. Next, I checked your exterior rotate stations they showed signs of heavy activity, I placed fresh bait into those stations so we can continue monitoring for remote activity on the exterior home. Finally, I placed a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation and the exterior trim of your doors and windows, this liquid treatment will keep pests from entering your home.
