Dwayne returned today to my house for a follow-up visit. I highly recommend Dwayne and Green Pest. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Dwayne, himself, is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and thorough. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate him a 100!! He is THAT good!!
I did not receive service, I was not home and I did not confirm any service. We are vulnerable seniors at risk, no one has been allowed in while the quarantine is going on. I asked for notification prior so I could approve the visit, I did not approve the visit. If he did outside he was not to come, and all the rain that occurred certainly the solution has been absorbed and not effective. I have asked repeatedly to allow me to confirm the visit before coming , that was not adhered to.

Hello. Today I completed your initial service. Inspection did not locate a rodent nest. Front screen door needs rodent proofing by repairing the door sweep. I installed 4 termite monitors outside of home near the corners. I placed out a large rodent bait station in the rear of home. I added 8 mouse bait stations- 2 basement/2 garage/2 living area and 2 kitchen ( sink/stove). I applied a liquid residual solution to interior baseboards and exterior entry ways for centipedes and general pests.
