Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I inspected the remaining termite monitoring stations showing no activity and replaced missing stations. Both exterior rodent bait stations showed heavy activity so I replenished with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. A liquid non-repellent solution was applied to the exterior foundation, door trims, window trims, porch and deck. This is targeting ants and other general/seasonal pests that may try to enter.
