Excellent Service today from Tech David P who went above and beyond to eliminate a Carpenter Bee nest from our deck sofa. Hi, good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed the premium plus initial service. I applied a non-repellent solution along the wood beam that was infested with carpenter ants. I also applied another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target, carpenter ants and other general pests. I buried carpenter ant granular bait in the dirt around the front porch area. I installed termite monitors around the perimeter of the house, these will be inspected every quarterly. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior of the house and found an activity by the fireplace by the changing station in the upstairs bedroom and in the basement. I treated these areas with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I placed downant gel bait on windowsills and by the fireplace. I also placed three ant bait stations on each floor. During my exterior inspection, I found an activity by the front door and on the side of the house with the chimney. I treated these areas with the liquid residual as well. The last thing I did was place four termite monitors on the corners of the house, these are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the treatments full effect. The only recommendation I have would be to cut back the bushes at least a foot away from the house. As a reminder the first quarterly technician will be here in a month. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I inspected the bedroom for bedbugs and found no signs anywhere in the room. I used some tape to block a water damaged hole in the ceiling. I then treated the area with a liquid residual for spiders and other general pests. I also treated around the rest of the interior, including the basement and bathrooms. During my exterior inspection, I found no signs of any activity. I did treat around the windows and doorways with the same liquid residual just to help with the spider issue. I also placed three termite monitors on the corners of your property to help us monitor for termite activity. As a reminder, spiders, and other pests love to live in clutter.
