Excellent Service today from Tech David P who went above and beyond to eliminate a Carpenter Bee nest from our deck sofa. He went above and beyond to ensure they were eliminated along with the quarterly maintenance of our property. He is awesome and extremely knowledgeable and professional!! Good morning, today I completed the premium plus initial service. I inspected the house for rodent activity, I found rodent droppings in the attic, kitchen and basement. I placed three rodent bait stations in the attic entrance, one underneath the oven, three around the sill plates in the basement storage room, and one in the fuse box closet in the basement. Found no activity in the garage but I placed three rodent bait stations along the garage doors. I placed three large rodent bait stations around the exterior perimeter: by the shed, by the HVAC, and on the front right corner of the house. I installed four termite monitors around the perimeter of the house, these will be inspected every quarterly. I removed a large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment. Hello. Today I completed your Pest initial service. I installed termite monitors at the corners of your property. I inspected the exterior for entry points and found none at this time. I checked the shed and found no activity. I treated the shrub where you had yellow jacket activity. It seems to have mostly died down from your own treatment. I inspected the attic and found no signs of activity. The debris found in the basement does not seem to be related to pest activity. It may have been from the previous construction. I sprayed the interior of the basement mudroom, garage and exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ants, spiders, and other general pests. I saw the area where the yellow jackets were entering and exiting under the siding near the soffit by the back right hand gutter. I applied a slow acting non repellent treatment to and around this area. Activity between 2-5 days is normal.
