Excellent Service today from Tech David P who went above and beyond to eliminate a Carpenter Bee nest from our deck sofa. He went above and beyond to ensure they were eliminated along with the quarterly maintenance of our property. He is awesome and extremely knowledgeable and professional!! Hello today, I completed your Pest initial service. I installed four termite monitors at the corners of your home. I inspected your property and found possible entry points for rodent activity. I sealed what I could with copper mesh in the garage and the lines to the AC unit. I understand that you do not want to use any rodent control devices that may harm the rodents. We will make every effort to work with you to prevent them from entering home. I recommend trimming away any vegetation close to the exterior to help reduce pest activity. I removed any cobwebs, mud tubes and wasp nests I treated the exterior foundation, pergola, and interior floorboards with a non- repellent solution targeting ants spiders, and other general pests. I saw the area where the yellow jackets were entering and exiting under the siding near the soffit by the back right hand gutter. I applied a slow acting non repellent treatment to and around this area. Activity between 2-5 days is normal. I installed three termite monitors along the perimeter, these will be inspected at quarterly. I applied a non-repellent solution along the baseboard and windowsill in the master bedroom to target ant activity. I also applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
