Good afternoon it was wonderful meeting everyone, I completed the initial service today. I inspected around the interior of the home and found several small holes that mice could be using. I was able to block some of these holes with copper mesh, but some of them will need expanding foam, or some other way of blocking. I placed four traps in the house two in the basement one in the kitchen closet and one in the family room. During my exterior inspection, I noticed several holes that mice and other animals could use to enter. These holes have been notated. I placed two large bait stations, one next to the garage and one on the side of the house next to pipes. The small outside room has several ways mice could enter the home and I would highly recommend sealing it up, see notes. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help us monitor for termite activity.
