I then placed for termite monitoring stations at the four corners of the house, and then applied a liquid residual treatment on the baseboards in all rooms and hallways throughout the house and to the exterior foundation, windows and doors these treatments will help control General pest activity in and around the house. I inspected your home inside and out for any issues entrance points and conducive conditions. I knocked down all spider webs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance, and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also treated area of concern on top of your deck with a liquid residual product to protect against all general pests. I also installed a mouse bait station in the area of concern that we identified. In addition, I installed a rodent bait station on the rear under your elevated deck. Additionally, I installed termite monitoring stations as we discussed. I did see the evidence of what appeared to be carpenter ants, even though I did not find any active.
