It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line, thresholds, soffits doors and windows. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of spiders, stink bugs and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home. The left side station showed heavy feeding. The station at the deck box showed minor feeding. I replaced the bait accordingly. From there, I checked the termite monitors and found no signs of feeding as of yet. I inspected for any possible entry points. No recommendations at this time. Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also replenished the bait in the interior and exterior bait stations. The interior stations showed no feeding activity. The exterior showed minor feeding activity. I installed 6 bait stations in Your home, one at each attic entrance, 2 in lounge area of basement along foundation, one by cat food another on the shelf where droppings were noticed.
