Hello Suryani, I came by today to perform an initial inspection to begin a premium plus service. I inspected the exterior of the home, under the decks, the doors of the garage, and the unfinished area of the basement. Much of the house was being remodeled, and the usual areas that I would inspect and place treatment were under construction. I was able to place three mouse bait stations in the three corners of the basement , on either side of the garage doors , and a large rodent station by the AC condensers in the back of the house. I have put in my notes for the follow up technician to check on any newly finished areas during their visit. In the meantime, if you see pest activity entering the home, give us a call

Today I placed (24) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home as well as 1 above ground station at the rear stump where activity was found. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a granular carpenter ant bait at the other stump to help eliminate the carpenter ants. Good afternoon and thank you for choosing Green Pests. This is CJ and I stopped by for an initial service follow up. inspecting the exterior of the property, I removed a paper wasp nest, checked bait stations (termite bait stations are clear, rodent bait station by the AC units were heavy hit and replenished). Then I provided a liquid treatment to the foundation of the home, careful to skip the garden areas . You showed me a stump where you were finding white ants, and I confirmed that they were termites. I have sent a note to the office with pictures of the termites and approximate distance from the foundation. Someone on our termite team will be in touch with you very soon. A second tree stump showed heavy ant activity, I placed bait on the side of the stump and left a few piles under the shrubs in the walkway up to the door. Please give today’s treatments at least 10 days to see. It’s best results.
