Hello. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. It was a pleasure meeting you. I checked all of your interior bait stations. I found most activity in the utility closet with the tank and in the station above the exterior door. I found no activity on the first floor or the den area in the basement. The exterior bait station by the far garage was empty. The other three showed moderate activity. I refilled with fresh bait. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution. I sprayed the interior baseboards with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the treatment to take full effect.
