Hello today, I completed your pest initial service. I understand that the mice are back. Upon inspecting the property, I found multiple entry points on the first floor and basement level. I have included pictures on the account. I recommend getting these sealed as soon as possible to prevent pest entry. We opted not to treat the interior due to the cats. I replenished the existing interior bait stations in the basement and added one on the stairwell ledge. I also placed two exterior bait stations. One by the electrical line and one by the basement exterior door. I did inspect the activity above the back door and found them to be honeybees. It is our policy not to harm pollinators whenever possible. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests.
