Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice speaking with you. I completed your initial Complete pest service and inspection. I removed wasp nests and spider webs as needed. I installed 2 exterior rodent bait stations. One in the driveway where you requested and the other under the back deck. I installed 3 interior rodent bait stations in the garage and 6 in the basement in the joist bays and crawl space access. I installed 13 Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the house. This system will provide protection against potential or existing colonies by completely eliminating them within approximately 90 days from the start of them feeding on the bait. Please be advised that swarming is still possible and is normal during this time of year. I also applied a non repellent solution to the exterior perimeter at the foundation level as well as windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found no/light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I found an opening at the bottom right corner of the garage door. I found an electrical outlet pulled away from the house to the left of the front door. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home.
