Good afternoon, I was here today to complete your quarterly pest control service. I removed the mouse bait stations that you took out of the garage because they were attracting mice. I inspected both rodent stations outside of your home, both showed no activity. I added a third rodent bait station underneath rear deck of your home as requested. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation of your home to combat ants. I inspected the termite monitors around your home, no activity observed. Good afternoon I completed your initial inspection today. I started off by inspecting the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. I found several cracks along the tile that centipedes could be crawling through. I checked in the attic and found no signs of bees or mice. I took the access panel off and checked behind the Jacuzzi as well. I treated this upstairs area with a liquid residual for centipedes, ants, and other general pests. I inspected around the basement and found some old traces of mice. As you mentioned, I found no active signs of mice. If in the future mice do return please let us know. I treated around the basement with the same liquid residual. I did inspect around the ground level of the house and found no signs of pests, however, I did treat around the laundry room. In the garage there were some dead bugs around the garage door and I recommend fixing the door sweep on the garage.
