Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment services. It’s a pleasure to meet you and good talking with you today. I started with an inspection of your home for possible pest entry points. Found no major areas of concern. I applied drain gel to the sinks and bath drains to help with your drain fly issue. Give it at least 6-8 hours to sit before running any water. I installed 3 termite monitors around your home. These will be checked for activity at every quarterly service. I went around your home and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. I treated the basement and garage and the exterior of your home with a liquid residual to prevent ants, spiders, stinging insects, and other general pests.
