Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. Always good talking with yins! We refreshed the exterior rodent bait station which showed signs of rat activity. We treated the exterior of the restaurant with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. The interior showed signs of carpet beetles so set up an interior service call so we can treat the interior accordingly. We went around the outside of the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. I removed visible cobwebs around entryways, treated the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, and the eaves and the patio with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, beetles, boxelder bugs, earwigs, spiders, stink bugs and seasonal pests. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, for the treatment agitates the pests, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment continue to work and let it have its full effectiveness.
