Amar was very thorough and made sure to troubleshoot for problems. Knocked down all the spider webs on exterior as part of main service. Spent time and could tell he cared about fixing the problem. He is the first technician to do this and explain how it would be helpful. Very kind and respectful. Also proactively placed mouse traps when he found signs of infestation in basement. Green Pest should know he is an excellent employee.

Given date not time of appointment. Was surprised that they called and showed up at 7:00am. Could check the effectiveness of the first appointment and recommend what needs to be done during this appointment. Too much asking where I want them to spray and that’s all. However, the person was great to talk to and very friendly. Just need help on professional advice on what needs to be done because we still have cockroaches.

At first I had trouble getting a service call set up, but once I spoke to the AM dispatcher they had Stewart out the next day. He showed up just before his time window, inspected the entire basement and upstairs and found the little guy. Removed the rodent and set traps for future intruders.

I inspected the exterior and children’s play for any stinging insects,I saw no signs of activity. I inspected all existing termite stations and replaced the damaged ones I removed all spider webs around the exterior of the house including around the windows and doors. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off removing visible spider webs from exterior of home, as well as inspecting rodent bait stations and termite monitors. Happy to report, no termite activity was found at this time. Moderate activity found on rodent bait station, and all bait was replenished. Lastly, a liquid application was applied along baseboards throughout basement, first floor, and second floor to help maintain general pest activity.
