David did an excellent job. I had been questioning the service and the value of the monthly fee for quite some time—especially after a previous visit that left me disappointed. However, David completely turned things around and reminded me why I chose Greenpest in the first place. He was thorough and professional—taking care of the bait stations, treating both my basement and garage, and even checking my crawl space and attic, which no one had done before. David was absolutely incredible! I originally called him out to remove one wasp nest, but he went so far above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he take care of the problem quickly and efficiently, he also discovered other hidden nests we didn’t even know about. He did a full inspection of the entire property, explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Upon completing my inspection of the first unit and second unit, I installed three interior rodent control devices on the second floor unit one behind the stove one in the closet and one next to the refrigerator. Good morning! Today I completed your pest initial inspection. I started off on the interior, inspecting your basement in primary level for any signs of rodent activity. There were numerous entry points today that I found and sealed with copper mesh. There were also a couple that I found that were too big for copper mesh. For a treatment for the rats I placed three rodent bait stations around an inside of your property to attract and control any rodent presence you may have. I placed one on the exterior on the left side of your business where I saw an entry entry point near the back door. I also sealed up multiple holes on the exterior to Reduce rodent activity on the interior of your property. I also placed two in your basement in the window wells as well as your crawlspace to catch any activity may be getting. I also placed snap traps in the basement to reduce population. Good Afternoon, It was nice to see you guys. For todays pest control service a light amount of carpenter bee activity was identified in an old piece of wood in back yard. I treated the interior of these holes with an aerosol for carpenter bees. I recommend setting up a service call to treat the exterior perimeter. It was wet from rain. We applied a residual liquid treatment to the kitchen exit, and basement perimeter with a residual liquid treatment for ants and roaches.
