Good afternoon it was wonderful meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the house and used copper mesh to seal up some entry points. I then placed a large bait station next to the air conditioner to help with any mice coming to the house. I inspected the interior of the house, including garage, basement and kitchen. In the garage we found a very possible entry point and I used more copper mesh to block this up. I also placed three snap traps next to the entrance. I placed two smaller bait stations in the garage by the door. During my inspection of the basement, I did find and remove dead mouse. I placed two small bait stations in the basement by the door leading outside and another in the decoration alcove. In the kitchen, I placed two small bait stations, one in the pantry and one in the closet. Good afternoon it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the home and used copper mesh to block up a couple holes that mice could use to enter. I then placed a large bait station by the AC unit to help control mice. I inspected the interior of the house, including garage, kitchen, and basement. I removed the glue trap in the basement with the live mouse on it and replaced that glue trap with one of my bait stations. I also placed another bait station in the basement. I looked around the kitchen and could not find any passageways for mice to travel. I would just recommend keeping all food in sealed containers and making sure dog food is not left out overnight. In the garage, I placed two other bait stations by the garage door to get any mice that may be entering this way. The exterior rodent bait station showed heavy activity, I replaced with fresh bait. The termite monitors showed no signs of activity.
