Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the basement and found several areas of mouse activity. I placed five mouse bait stations around the unfinished parts of the basement. On the main floor of the house, I found some dead ants in a front windowsill. I placed an gel at this windowsill and some on the kitchen counter by the sink. This gel should help with any ants that are getting in. During my exterior inspection, I found and knocked down at least six paper wasp nests from around the house. I also inspected mulch beds and around the foundation of the house. There is some ant activity in the back mulch bed. I also inspected and treated around the garage with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. The last thing I did was to install four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow two weeks for the treatments full effect.
