Chuck was very professional, friendly and thorough and he did a great Job. I am a little disappointed with Green Pest when I called with a problem they made me sign up for 4 treatments when I called.. I didn’t need 4 treatments. I at the time I was a returning customer. I still have one more to go and feel I am wasting my money and live in a condo community with an HOA and the outside of my property is covered by our HOA and I only needed some inside help with carpet bugs and was glad that they redid my basement rug today but feel that the technician that came out the 2nd time I didn’t need but had to pay and I guess the 4th treatment with be the same as the second.
