Lee was great during his visit to do our quarterly service. He went above and beyond when he was spraying and replacing bait boxes. He even made sure to empty out our dog’s water bowl which was located close to where he was spraying to ensure it didn’t get contaminated with chemicals he was spraying. Overall, he did a great job and we were very happy with the service he provided!

My technician Lee R, was very respectful and friendly upon entering my home and through the service call. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He provided information, so I understood the situation in my home and what steps would be taken next to rectify the problem . He was very thorough, checked multiple areas including checking the outdoors and perimeters. He also came back the next day to assist further. Definitely recommend Lee for future services.

I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I found a downspout in disrepair at the back right corner of the house.
