Good afternoon, I was here today to complete your initial pest control service and inspection. I inspected the exterior of your home for rodent or pest activity or entry points. I was shown some rodent borrowing spaces out front of your home and outback underneath the air conditioning unit. I found a few more Holes where it look to be rats burrowing. I inspected the interior of your home, garage area, where I observed rat feces around and near the garage door. I installed two rat traps in your garage and two mouse bait stations inside your garage. I placed one large rodent bait station in your front yard near where the borrowing holes are located. I applied a liquid repellent solution to the exterior of your home, including around windows and doorways to combat spiders and other seasonal pest. No termite activity or damage observed at this time. I also inspected the exterior of your home for rodent or pest activity and or entry points. We uncovered a few possible rodent entry points around your home, I use copper wire mesh to stuff that we found I inspected your basement rafters for termite activity or damage, no activity observed at this time. I also ins expected your attic and basement for rodent activity and or pest activity. No rodent activity in the basement or garage but rodent activity seen in attic.
