Good afternoon Jim, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial pest service by first inspecting the interior and garage. I noticed droppings under the stove, dishwasher and pantry. I added mouse bait stations under the stove, pantry and behind the couch in living room. The back bedroom showed droppings as well, so I added two mouse bait stations in the back bedroom. In the garage I added two mouse bait stations with one on each side of the garage doors. I added one station behind the tv in the living room as you’ve noticed some activity back there as well. On the exterior I added a rodent bait station next to the garage doors, as this is a possible entry point into the home. All these measures will help to control the rodent population. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders and general pests around the exterior foundation.
