Good morning, my name is Ryan and it was great meet you both! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting the basement. I found no termite activity interior or exterior at this time, but did install termite monitors to be checked every service. I then treated the basement and sunroom with. Liquid residual to help combat spiders and general invader pests. No other current issues were found on the first or second floor, but the garage I saw some old mouse droppings. I added 2 mouse bait stations on either end of the garage door. The third floor closet and attic space I did notice mice droppings and burrowing holes in the insulation. I installed 6 mouse bait stations around the attic and one in the closet to help control the rodent population. On my exterior inspecting I noticed one hole from the ac unit into the house that I was able to plug up with copper mesh. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting for termites interior and exterior, but no activity found at this time. I did however add 4 exterior termite monitors to be checked every service. Next, I inspected the garage and basement removing the old bait stations in the garage an added new ones. One is by the fridge and two on either side of the garage. In the basement I removed all old bait stations and replaced them with our own. During my inspection I did not find any new droppings or activity. On the exterior I added two rodent bait stations with one out front and one outback loaded with fresh bait to help control the rodent population.
