Afterwards, I refilled your exterior bait station and found light to no activity. I also checked the termite monitors and no activity was found. I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the foundation of your home; carefully avoiding any flowers, vegetables, or any other personal items. I would advise to cut the vegetation close to your home; as it creates conducive conditions for pests to thrive and also to bypass our treatment. Please allow 10-14 days for optimal results. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (22) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I placed 2 large exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home as well as 1 smaller station inside the garage at rear wall where mouse droppings and hole in wall were found. I also placed one more on the I-Beam in the basement. There were old rodent stations in the garage and crawl space. I refilled those as well. I inspected for any possible entry points. I recommend sealing up holes in foundation wall in basement, exterior holes at front of house, and replacing the garage door seal. Please allow up to 10-14 days for optimal results.
