Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed visible cobwebs within reach. I inspected the termite monitors showing no activity. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing moderate activity in front of garage, minimal activity in front of home and heavy activity near AC unit. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Ant activity observed under hose in front of home. Since I was not able to make contact during today’s service no treatment for ants or other general pests applied to home. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (22) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I placed 2 large exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home as well as 1 smaller station inside the garage at rear wall where mouse droppings and hole in wall were found. I also placed one more on the I-Beam in the basement. There were old rodent stations in the garage and crawl space. I refilled those as well. I inspected for any possible entry points. I recommend sealing up holes in foundation wall in basement, exterior holes at front of house, and replacing the garage door seal. Please allow up to 10-14 days for optimal results.
