Very thorough. Checked all bait stations then took off overdue cobwebs from months back. Replaced sticky pad that I had previously purchased. Sprayed outside. First time a full service was offered. Great service Thanks!!! This 5 star rating was based on todays visit. Pricing is separate. Btw 2 stars for pricing for $52.00 Per Month Appointment quarterly unless required sooner doesn’t really justify $52 PM .

I applied a repellent liquid solution around the foundation of your home doors and windows targeting spiders, crickets, stink bugs, and other general pest. I also treated around the soffits and use as well. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the best results of this treatment. I also inspected for any possible rodent entrances but I have not noticed any at this time. If you do happen to have any other pest issues, please contact our office. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior bait stations for rodent activity. There was very minor activity on the bait.
