Hello today, I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I installed four termite monitors around your property. We will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also Inspected for any possible rodents entrances around the exterior foundation of your home. I did notice a gap in the garage leading into the basement where I stuffed some copper mash. In the meantime, I do recommend keeping the garage door closed to help prevent/reduce rodent activity on the interior of your home. Good morning, Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. First, I checked your exterior rodent bait stations. They showed heavy signs of activity, so I removed the old bait ,and placed fresh bait into those stations, so we can continue monitoring for rodent activity. Finally, I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior foundation and to the exterior trim of your doors and windows, this treatment will prevent pests from entering at these points, the liquid treatment is a slow acting repellent and may require up to two weeks to be fully effective.
