Very thorough. Checked all bait stations then took off overdue cobwebs from months back. Replaced sticky pad that I had previously purchased. Sprayed outside. First time a full service was offered. Great service Thanks!!! This 5 star rating was based on todays visit. Pricing is separate. Btw 2 stars for pricing for $52.00 Per Month Appointment quarterly unless required sooner doesn’t really justify $52 PM .

Hello good afternoon sorry I missed you today. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I inspected your termite monitors. There was no activity at this time. I also inspected your exterior rodent control device. There was medium level of activity. I refilled and added fresh bait as needed.I also applied a repellent liquid solution around the foundation of your home targeting spiders, crickets, stink, bugs, and other general pest. I first started by inspecting the interior of your home for any rodent, termite, & insect activity, no termite activity was found minor insect activity was found in the basement. Today’s service was mainly for preventative purposes, Due to the insect activity in the basement I sprayed a liquid treatment throughout. I then checked the exterior of your home for any termite activity which wasn’t found either , I installed 4 termite monitors on all 4 corners of your property. I then knocked down any Cobb webs & old wasp nest then, I applied a different liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and winter/fall invaders. Please allow 2 weeks for full effect of both treatments. If any issues arise, please give us a call. Hello good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you this morning today I completed your premium plus pest initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any at this time. I did install four termite monitors on your property. We will be inspecting these at the quarterly services for any termite activity. I also inspected for any rodent entrances, where I pointed out a couple of rodent entrances that needs to be sealed to prevent any rodents inside of your home, especially entering these winter months. I installed some interior mice bait stations in the cross base also in the garage, I also installed two exterior rodent control devices on each side of your home. I applied a repellent liquid solution to the interior and exterior of your home, targeting spiders, cricket, stink, bugs, and other general pest. I also treated a area where yellow jackets were going in and out of in the foundation of your home. Please allow

This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony.
