Hello today, I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I installed four termite monitors around your property. We will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also Inspected for any possible rodents entrances around the exterior foundation of your home. I did notice a gap in the garage leading into the basement where I stuffed some copper mash. In the meantime, I do recommend keeping the garage door closed to help prevent/reduce rodent activity on the interior of your home.
