Frank is wonderful and the service has met my needs in this my second home. What's lacking is the organization in the office and arbitrary assignment of appointments. I did not know Frank was coming until that same morning. If not for Frank, I would have sent the technician away and cancel my contract. My rating is 5 stars because of him.

I located for carpenter B holes two on a long roof line and two in the fence. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the carpenter B holes.
