Doing an inspection of this houses crawlspace as part of an annual termite warranty inspection. Levels are good, moisture barrier is brittle and breaking, needs to be replaced. Cellulose debris (fallen insulation) in crawl needs to be resolved. No signs of any active termites during today's inspection.
