What is one way to know if your house has been treated for termites in the past? If you look closely you will see two tiny little drill holes on top cinder block. Those holes where a termite company applied liquid termite chemical to the foundation to get ride of/keep termites away. Also it's worth note to see the drill holes are more than 18" from the ground. That could indicate this treatment was done 30 or more years ago. Currently the code requires the holes be set at 18" or less.
