Nicholas was very polite! Introduced himself and let me know exactly what he was going to do and where, in this case, all around the outside of my home and anywhere that needed it. Very quiet, quick and efficient! Quick but still enough time to do what he had to do correctly. Afterwards, he knocked on the door just to let me know he was done. Gave me a business card and said to call if there were any problems and he would take care of it.
