I had an issue with ants in my rental home and it had been a nightmare, my previous pest company supposedly came and sprayed indoor and outdoor but these ants kept coming! After many discussions and them not giving me a solution, I finally got in contact with David from J&J Exterminating, I told him the situation and he was so professional, explained that there had to be a mound that was left behind for them to keep coming like this. He was able to come in the same day and found the source of the problem!!! the other company NEVER found it but David was a life saver he did and got rid of it, he then came back a few days later to make sure the problem had been completely addressed and it was! I cannot recommend this company enough especially if you are in the Crystal Beach area!!

Another review to let everyone know know just how spectacular J&J Exterminators are. I was expecting a household full of my family members to celebrate a great weekend beginning with Good Friday. After arriving back home from work the Wednesday prior to the weekend I noticed wasp nest popping upon the front and back porches of my home. I was getting frantic. The only I kept picturing was one of my babies being stung. I hurriedly phone my personal best exterminator in the world, Nic with J&J exterminators. Nic answered the phone immediately. I explained the situation and Nic settled my nerves. He told me not to worry he would come by the next day. While I was at work that next day, Nic phoned me to tell me what all he had done to take care of the situation. Man was I relieved. Once I returned home I could tell Nic had done just as he informed me he did. One thing I can tell all of you, J&J exterminators are an amazing company. The exterminators who work for J&J are awesome. I can phone Nic and I do not get the run around. He will not tell you, “Let me check with the office to see when I can get out there.”” You will not here that. J&J exterminators are a business. The people who work for them are business minded. J&J has confidence in their employees therefore, they allow them to make sensible decisions. They don’t hand you any bull. These exterminators are well trained and they handle their business. Nic knows I trust him to do whatever needs to be done. And he does it all in a professional manner. Nic’s employers have faith in him to do a job extremely well and so do I. Thank you Nic. My friends and I were having a conversation about how hard it is to find companies nowadays that you can say are A1 companies. I deal with many companies. The only A1 company I know of is J&J without a doubt. The people you speak with in the office are always so pleasant. I appreciate that. And of course my personal exterminator , with all of his patience and knowledge, Nic is the best!!!!!
