His visit started out with my guard dog, for the first time in her 12 years, absolutely refused to listen to me so I could put her up to make things safe. The technician was wonderful about it as I ended up staying out and walking around with him to make sure he was safe. I had an injury last July and haven’t been able to keep my yard up and it’s in bad shape, but he was very flexible climbed over what he needed to walk where he had to go and sprayed everything. Now I don’t have to worry about the carpenter bees, drilling out so much of the wood that my office cracks in half ! Thank you for your service for your excellent technician.
