Larry was nice and pleasant to speak with and showed me where he was checking. J & J has been great to work with overall. I like that I am given notice of inspections a few days ahead.

I have been with J&J for a couple of years. I must say my initial experience with them left me feeling not totally satisfied, however I just had my home inspected for the annual termite inspection and the inspector I had, Greg F., was extremely nice, very personable, and me feel very comfortable with talking to him. He was the upmost professional, but like I stated, he was also very personable. He took the time to explain things to me during the inspection. My previous inspector was not as thorough in explaining and showing me different things during the inspection. Greg F. has a great rapport w/his customers and I'm glad he came to do my inspection. Not only does he know and does his job well, but he's a very nice person and he has GREAT customer service skills! He wiped away the negative thoughts I previously had about J&J!
