J and J is a poorly managed company that has virtually no customer service. My annual inspection resulted in a report that was useless and inaccurate and was a cut and paste of a prior report. It also falsely reported on interior inspections that never occurred. Efforts to get a correct report took weeks and involved numerous unansweresd calls and attempts to fix the problem. Their internal communications are incomptenet with different people giving different and contradictory information repeatedly. Cannot recommend.
Friendly inspectors, good communication and great service overall!
Great service! Was very informative as to how to keep house clear from termites.
The J&J technician Larry was courteous and helpful in his installment of the termite termination system. He fully explained the process.
Arrived on time, working efficiently very knowledgeable answered questions openly, Larry his helper, and Lionel are businessmen to be trusted and pleasant to be around. Will recommend J&J and will use their services again
I don’t feel that J +J is providing a good service. That service is overpriced and I don’t feel entirely confident using this company. I have had many “technicians” come to inspect and treat two different houses and honestly only one or two have seemed to be competent. Overpriced and poorly managed.
Will came to our home for a consultation. He was very thorough & knowledgeable. Very pleasant to speak with & gave us the reassurance that our home was in great hands. I must be honest in saying that J & J was the first consultation with others to follow. Upon having the chance to talk with Will, go over pricing & what was covered, we signed the contract without seeing anyone else. Will is the kind of person I find piece of mind doing business with. It was a pleasure meeting Will. I look forward to being a customer of J & J.
Thank you Larry! You made me feel comfortable about my termite situation and was able to answer all of my questions. He and a trainee were very professional and knowledgeable. Larry explained the process more in-depth than the salesperson. Once again, thank you Larry!
