Lance Cummings was very professional and very eager to please and apologize. He was very pleasant and nice. I would like to make a complaint about the Call Center you have I called in yesterday after speaking to Lance and needing home sprayed for roaches and the lady Kaylan was short and somewhat rude stating you just had someone out to your house yesterday and I stated I understand that but I spoke to Lance about another problem and he asked for me to call and schedule then she called back and stated they could come out earlier than scheduled and left on voicemail. I pay for services and I shouldnt have to give a reason just schedule me please.. I hope to do business with J & J in the future and hope to remain a customer but hope to get better customer service from the staff..

Jerry was very unprofessional, very rude to my 76 year old sick father, had to get to backyard through house and told my father get out of the way so I can get to it. He stated you need to get outside and take up pine needles chemicals won’t work properly, my father is sick no excuse and he also stated it was too hot I called and reported to owner/manager and stated he will address his behavior
