My fiancé and I had just moved into a home that had rats, which they did not disclose to us before our signing of the lease and payments being made. We told them took pictures. They sent a guy out who put two traps out in one place and that was it, our property manager said that it was all they could do. I called j&js and they sent us lance. Who went above and beyond for my family, the guy the property manager sent was there a total of 5 minutes but lance was there and took his time and did everything humanly possible to help us and I am greatful for it, between the two of us we are now on day 3-4 with no more activity from any rats so far thank you lance and thank you j&j for looking out for your customers
