I am very impressed with the technician Jordon. He explained everything to me and wanted to let me know if I have any more problems to call him and we will come out and take care of it. 1. they were hours late with no call to update ETA 2. they did not bill the cc# i gave them over the phone they billed my bank account instead which resulted in my sustaining an overdraft fee 3 the amount they collected was $7 & change more than the figure they wuoted me on the phone 4. when i called for an update on the technician's arrival time i had to wait on hold over 15 minutes before speaking to a service rep 5. their on hold music is too loud & very annoying
