Absolutely had the best experience with J&J exterminating service. Excellent response time, great communication and overall peace of mind I was being taken care of. Mom and Dad are getting older and something’s have been getting overlooked. We had a pest problem and called this company. The next day we had a plan of action in place. We did our part as requested by J&J and had a successful outcome to help solve the issue. This was our first application and we feel very comfortable with the care and understanding Lance took to help my family. Thanks Lance with the forward thinking approach. We were out taking care of business and I got the call from my technician who said he was on his way. I told him I forgot he was coming today but said the gate was open. Go ahead and get it done.
