Not a fan

I have asked to be called when on there way yet I only got a call this time once her was in my driveway. This is the second time arrive late out of the scheduled time zone. I called at 11 and asked for an eta as I had to be at work but I never received a call. I am very unhappy with the service we are getting and honestly would rather get rid of our service altogether
