I have never worked with Jerry before; I normally deal with Lance. I hope they send Jerry out again, he had me laughing and could keep up with all the craziness some of my residents through his way. Highly recommend this place :)

I love the energy that Lance brought to our appointment today! It was our first appointment with him, and I was a little nervous because it was with a new person. But let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all. He would crack up with us, talked about previous experiences with us, and even told us about the spray mix he uses. I felt very comfortable and confident when he drove off, knowing that our problems had been taken care of.
