Jacob was courteous and considerate of our home. He offered to remove his boots before entering. I haven’t heard that since I was little. I am sure my grandma would have said he was raised right! I told him his boots were fine. Jacob was very communicative on his inspection both inside, attic and outside our home. That makes me feel great because there won’t be surprises in his report. We will continue being customers of J & J because even though the inspectors are different each time, the service is always good. Thanks so much Jacob & J&J Exterminating!
