I’ve been a McCauley customer for about 8-10 years now. We have had our share of rotating technicians, which was at time frustrating since each time it was a different person and consistently of work was not there. We had a great technician Alex, who is no longer with the company we then went through a rotation of technicians again until we got Jock. Jock has been great, he knows our houses and knows we have pets, he know where the bee hives are located and where the big spiders like to hide. It’s great to have consistent technician who knows our home.
