Mr.Whitt, We are happy to hear that your services provided by Ronnie was great, but we hate to hear that you are unsatisfied with our company. I do see that there was scheduling conflicts between you and the office. We did offer to make two separate appointments to complete the inside and the outside. Your renewal month does fall within our busy season and we do book up about 2 weeks in advanced. We would like the opportunity to go over with you on how we can resolve the problem.
