I have used RA Nichols several times through the years and have always received an incredibly speedy response. Their plumbers are professional, courteous and get the job right the first time. Today Tom and David replaced two faulty traditional water heaters with a tankless system all same day from when I placed the call. I am very pleased to have hot water again. What a pleasure it is to work with these guys!
